Human Service Quality Standards consist of six Service Standards to ensure that people with a disability receive quality services, and, their rights are acknowledged by service providers.

We are audited to the Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services – Human Service Quality Standards and have achieved compliance at every audit.

Quality Service standards will continue under the National Disability Insurance Scheme, and Community Connection is confident that we will continue to exceed all requirements.
